Brand Manager

Location: Hadleigh, Suffolk

Hours: 35 hours per week with core hours between 10am and 2.30pm

Job Overview

Joining a friendly and supportive team your main duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Fully accountable for delivering Brand led projects which includes creation of the brand strategy, day to day brand and product management and being an ambassador for the brand portfolio as well as the key day to day contact with stakeholders
  • Manage the P&L including monthly performance reporting, identification of key performance drivers, pricing and promotions
  • Monitor, analyse and report on external performance and competitor activity
  • Responsible for brand communications including leading all BTL activity, supporting in the development of ATL comms and supporting the Sales Team for brand in-sell presentation

Skills, Experience & Attributes

  • Passionate about marketing and brands
  • Commercially competent and able to interpret data to provide assessments and recommendations
  • Understand key drivers within a brand P&L
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Prepared to roll sleeves up & learn on the job
  • Build strong connections with internal teams (e.g. Innovation, Sales, Factories, & other key stakeholders)
  • Communicate effectively with external agencies & internal stakeholders
  • Focus on customers and consumers
  • Understand the competitive environment
  • Balance operational efficiency with consumers needs

Hours and Benefits

This is a full-time position based from the head office in Hadleigh
